DUBAI – Pinoy Tourism has officially launched RenewVisa.com, a dedicated digital platform designed to simplify UAE visa renewal and visa change services for visitors, jobseekers and temporary residents.
The platform consolidates multiple visa change options into a single online system, offering structured guidance for individuals whose UAE visas are approaching expiry. The launch comes amid sustained demand for transparent and legal visa extension solutions as visitor volumes to the UAE continue to grow.
Developed by one of the UAE’s most established travel service providers, RenewVisa.com draws on nearly a decade of operational experience in visa solutions. Pinoy Tourism processed more than 100,000 visa change transactions in the past year alone, positioning the platform as a data-driven response to recurring challenges faced by overstaying visitors and short-term residents.
New visa renewal platform
RenewVisa.com functions as a centralised online resource for UAE visa change services, allowing users to submit details digitally and receive step-by-step guidance based on their visa status. The platform covers three primary visa change categories currently used across the UAE: Airport-to-Airport visa change, Bus visa change, and Destination visa change.
Airport-to-Airport visa change, commonly referred to as A2A, allows travellers to exit and re-enter the UAE via international airports without extended overseas stays. Bus visa change, also known as Border-to-Border, enables visa renewal through land crossings. Destination visa change combines short-haul international travel with a return to the UAE on a renewed visa, with destinations including Armenia, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan and Oman.

Millions of visitors arrive in the UAE annually for tourism, employment exploration and family visits. Once a visa expires beyond any applicable grace period, overstaying penalties apply. These include a daily fine of Dh50, along with an exit permit penalty ranging between Dh250 and Dh350.
